Coming from the middle class, my dream as soon as I started medical school was to connect and find a concept that could take into consideration both the psychological / mental aspect, the eating habits and also their effects and their interferences with diseases and the quality of our life.

After several years of research and analysis, I have developed the concept of Surgery Life Style (SLS) which, in my opinion, will change our vision of our health and well-being.

Most of my approaches to healthy eating are based on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions of good and bad foods, I advise my clients to explore basic improvements and implement incremental changes during our joint work. As these elements accumulate, my clients find that these changes together create a much larger impact than expected. We are working on what they want to improve in the circumstances of their unique situation, all as part of an innovative new concept that is the SLS  and healthpreneur concept

Many nutrition experts give their customers a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which is why so many people are disadvantaged by nutrition. My approach is different: by drinking and eating foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less space and the desire to have unhealthy foods will disappear. In simple terms, you will ban unhealthy foods from your diet. It takes a bit of practice, but I will support you throughout the process.

The cravings of your body play a vital role in understanding what your body needs and should not be ignored. When you learn to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they really tell you, you will find a sense of balance and harmony.
